Hortech's laser micro-etching can achieve the precision at micron level. It is employed to remove the upper conductive films and generate patterns without damaging the substrates. The surface materials on both sides are first removed and lines and patterns are then produced at different layers. Finally, the sensing function is generated in the middle layer.

Laser micro-etching is a physical solution, not a chemical one. It is environmentally friendly since it does not generate pollutants. The overall cost of mass production is lower. It provides stable, high precision and high yield in the long run.
