Micron precision machining and manufacturing for commercial mass production

Core Precision Laser Processing & Finishing Techniques

Laser MEMS Component Manufacturing

Hortech employs laser MEMS technologies to produce miniature, ultracompact, high-precision products. In particular, high-energy lasers and precision motion control systems are integrated with optimized processes. The research and development of laser MEMS technologies necessitates the integration of knowledge in various fields, including laser, optics, machinery, electrical control, vision, software, materials, and processes. Such integration helps innovate micron manufacturing processes and achieve mass production.

Hortech uses high-energy lasers as the main processing solution to micron precision manufacturing and processing. This solution requires self-developed manufacturing equipment that incorporates optimal processes with fine-tuned parameters.
1. The design and selection of laser parameters
2. Precision control of motion platform
3. Process optimization
4. Material-handling techniques
5. Integration of opto-mechatronics and control
