Precision Laser Micro-drilling

Micron Laser Drilling

Precision laser micro-drilling can produce holes at micron level. Compared to mechanical drilling, it produces less stress. It is particularly suited to finishing hard and brittle materials and those require uniquely shaped holes. Laser micro-drilling is a must when it comes to manufacturing MEMS components at micron level. It is applicable to semiconductor 3D packaging, advanced flexible substrates, PI inkjet sheets, medical microporous filters, and so on.

Hortech’s laser technologies can achieve micron precision and perform mass production. Laser micro-drilling is particularly suited to finishing hard and brittle materials and producing non-circular holes.
